About the event

Does your child experience anger, anxiety, depression, or lack of confidence? Then check out this exciting Summer Youth Program. Youth will have access to boxing lessons, goal-setting workshop, bullying prevention workshops, effective communication courses and much more.  Summer sessions will begin June 1, 2023.  

Morning Sessions :     8am to 12pm for 6 yo - 12 yo

Afternoon Sessions : 1pm to 5pm for 13yo - 17 yo
